The INTERSMARTS project has published the “Innovation Management Platform – Piloting Report”, summarising the testing, validation, and user feedback collected during the piloting of the INTERSMARTS digital platform across the Black Sea Basin.

The report presents the piloting methodology and key findings from eight piloting sessions held in Bulgaria, Greece, Moldova, and Türkiye, involving 189 participants from academia, business, public authorities, and civil society. It documents hands-on testing of the platform’s core functionalities, user roles, and problem–solution matching tools, alongside structured feedback on usability, content, design, technical performance, and accessibility.

Concluding with consolidated piloting takeaways and final remarks, the publication confirms the platform’s strong potential as a capacity-building and innovation tool for sustainable tourism and blue growth, while outlining priority improvements to further enhance user experience and long-term impact.
