INTERSMARTS Mentoring Collaboratories – Experience Sharing Report

The INTERSMARTS project has published the “Mentoring Collaboratories – Experience Sharing Report”, presenting the concept, methodology, and results of mentoring collaboratories implemented across the Black Sea Basin

The report outlines the INTERSMARTS mentoring collaboratory model, its key features, and methodological framework, and shares insights from four piloting sessions in Moldova, Greece, Türkiye, and Bulgaria, involving 158 participants from academia, business, public authorities, and civil society. It highlights how co-creation, collective intelligence, and digital tools support sustainable tourism and blue growth.

The publication concludes with key lessons learned, confirming the value of mentoring collaboratories for innovation uptake, capacity building, and cross-sector collaboration in the region.
