Outputs
The INTERSMARTS project will deliver several key outputs to promote sustainable tourism and blue growth in the Black Sea region:
- INTERSMARTS Network for Interdisciplinary Solutions: A cross-border network of experts, businesses, and public authorities collaborating on innovative solutions for sustainable tourism and services. This network will also act as a community of practice, bringing together researchers, professionals, and stakeholders who have participated in project events, field research, and feedback processes to share knowledge and foster "open innovations" across sectors.
- Needs Assessment Reports: Comprehensive assessments focusing on the sustainability and blue growth opportunities in tourism and related services across the Black Sea Basin (BSB), offering tailored recommendations for each region.
- INTERSMARTS Innovation Management Platform: A digital platform that facilitates innovation management, idea generation, and collaboration between stakeholders to promote sustainable practices in tourism.
- Interdisciplinary Research and Networking Events: A series of international workshops, demonstrations, exhibitions, and discussions aimed at expanding the network and facilitating knowledge exchange between researchers and professionals involved in sustainable development, blue growth, and tourism.
